At OnlineQuranClasses.CA, we are dedicated to providing a clear and student-friendly service experience. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency and build trust with every parent and student enrolled in our online Arabic learning programs.

1️⃣ Refund Policy

At Online Quran Classes Canada, we strive to deliver the highest quality online tutoring experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied, our refund policy is as follows:

Trial Classes: Any paid trial classes are fully refundable if you choose not to continue after the trial period.
Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within the first 7 days of the billing cycle if less than 3 classes have been completed.
Semi-Annual & Yearly Subscriptions:
- These plans are offered at discounted rates. If you cancel early, the classes you attended will be recalculated based on our regular monthly fee.
- Any discount difference will be deducted from your refund.
- If the recalculated amount equals or exceeds what you have paid, no refund will be issued, but no additional charges will apply.
Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not provided after the refund window or for classes missed without prior notification.
Missed Classes: Missed classes are non-refundable but may be rescheduled if you inform us in advance and max 2 makup classes can be requested in a month.

Note: Our refund policy is designed to maintain fairness to both students and our certified Quran teachers.

2️⃣ Shipping or Delivery Policy

Since Online Quran Classes Canada provides digital learning services, there are no physical deliveries. Here’s how we deliver your classes:

Service Activation: Once your payment is received, we schedule your classes within 24 to 48 hours.
Class Access: You will receive class schedules, login instructions, and necessary links via email or WhatsApp.
All Quran tutoring sessions are conducted online through Zoom, Skype, or our private platform.

3️⃣ Return Policy & Process

As a provider of online Quran classes, a traditional return policy does not apply. However:

If you experience technical problems or are unsatisfied within the first week, please contact us immediately.
We will work swiftly to address the issue, either by offering replacement classes or arranging an appropriate refund based on the situation.

At Online Quran Classes Canada, your satisfaction is our priority.

4️⃣ Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy at Online Quran Classes Canada is flexible yet respectful of our teachers’ time:

Individual Class Cancellations: Please notify us at least 6 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.
Monthly Plan Cancellations: You can cancel any time. Services will continue until the end of the billing cycle, and no partial refunds are given for unused days.
Semi-Annual & Yearly Plan Cancellations:
- If you cancel before completing the plan, we will recalculate the previous months’ charges at the standard monthly fee.
- Any balance after adjustment will be refunded.
Service Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for policy violations, with prior notice.
